President- Affiliated Appraisers (1997-2009). Owned and operated one of the largest and most respected appraisal firms in Canada. The firm’s Staff grew from 7 Appraisers in 1997 to 27 Appraisers and support staff. The firm is well known for its professionalism, honesty and integrity.
Broker of Record and Senior member- Affiliated Real Estate Group of Ottawa (1997) Inc. (1997-2011).
Appraiser – Affiliated Appraisers (1986-2009). He started as a Junior Appraiser and within 3 years he obtained the CRA designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and a Real Estate Broker’s licence. By 2000 he obtained the highest designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada known as AACI. He has appraised thousands of homes and commercial properties throughout his 23 year Real Estate Appraisal career and supervised and trained many Appraisers in the Ottawa area. He also provided the Real Estate industry with insights and seminars on how to evaluate homes and commercial properties.
Salesperson- Coldwell and Associates and Royal Lepage- (1984-1986). He was a successful Realtor with sales in both residential and commercial Real Estate.
Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper- (1976-1984). Canada Ports and Mutual Bookkeeping. Provided Accounting and Bookkeeping services as a full time person at Canada Ports and on a part time basis with Mutual Bookkeeping.
